Criminal Litigation

If you or somebody close to you should find themselves detained at the police station then one of our experienced criminal litigators will be available to attend no matter what time of day.  As police station and court duty solicitors and as a firm with a long and proud heritage of acting in such matters we are able to assist you at the police station, Magistrates Court, Crown Court and even beyond up to the Supreme Court.  The police are under a duty to ask you in the police station whether you wish to instruct a solicitor. Mediation

A relationship breakdown can be a very emotional time.  Mediation is a process to help couples who have decided to separate or divorce to talk things through.  Mediators are trained to help you reach agreement about how to make the best arrangements for the future.  This may be about the way the children are cared for, or how finances will be organised.  Our Practice offers Family Matters Mediation Services in relation to financial, and children matters.  Being a member of Resolution, a code of practice is followed to ensure that mediation is helpful in resolving issues arising from a breakup effectively, economically, quickly, conveniently and amicably.
